1. Training Logistics Officer Vacancy 38/2018
This role will be responsible to support the daily operational tasks in monitoring and tracking the activity reports and the continuous improvement of systems and processes for the team. The Training Logistics Officer will support the Technical Capability team in coordinating training by carrying out logistics requirements, room set up, room booking, maintaining training files, maintaining training rooms & assets, entering training record in database, operating audio visuals aids, collecting of training forms and meeting day to day needs for coordinating training across FRCS.
Base Salary: Band 2 $14,721
Essential Requirements: Certificate or Diploma in Management, Finance, Business or Office administration, ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and Customer focused with good verbal and written communication skills.
2.Assistant Accountant – Fixed Assets Vacancy 39/2018
This role will be responsible for the purchase, maintenance and monitoring of FRCS Fixed Assets. The Assistant Accountant – Fixed Assets will be also responsible for the annual physical stock take of all FRCS assets, the creation and update of Fixed Assets database, preparation of related reports, submission of business cases in relation to any purchase of Fixed Assets and any other duties assigned by supervisor
Base Salary: Band 4 $24,052
Essential Requirements: Diploma in Accounting with 5 years of relevant experience or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics with 2 years experience. Ability to work under minimum supervision and proficient in the use of Microsoft applications.
