We are looking for a suitable candidate for Software Developer and IT Support Engineer position to be based at our Technology Division in Suva Office. To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
Software Developer
- The Software Developer plays a lead role in the system development and adoption of new processes and platforms that will lead the way in which FRCS ICT communicates, deliver services, provide information and engage with customers and stakeholders.
- The Software Developer role provides specialist technical expertise in the design, development and catalogue of System Integrations & platform for connecting applications, data and equipment, in a large and complex operational technology environment and rapidly growing information data eco-system.
The essential requirements for this role are as follows:
- Practical experience working in a DevOps environment combined with Agile and Lean principles for quick delivery of solutions
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrated industry experience in full stack development, server-side programming language Java and C#.net skills mandatory. Practical SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- ITIL certification
Salary Band 7: $43,411 Base Salary
IT Support Engineer:
- The IT Support Engineer will be part of a team of support engineers that is truly collaborative, driven and that works towards one goal and purpose.
- Applies strong focus on customer service, business analysis, incident management, system administration and troubleshooting.
- This role is expected to manage the support of core applications, efficient allocation of infrastructure assets and turnaround time on service logs
The essential requirements for this role are as follows:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
- 2 years demonstrated success building internal managed ICT services teams and optimising workforce management.
- ITIL certification
- Practical experience working in a DevOps environment combined with Agile and Lean principles for quick delivery of solutions
Salary Band 5: $30,230 Base Salary
