There is increasing expectation for FRCS to become more agile, to simplify its services, to better manage the changes required and the adaptability as we transition towards paperless environment and e-records & document management. Vacancies exists in our Records Management Unit in Suva for Records Officers. Interest is sought from self-driven individuals with a passion for history, an eye for detail and a strong commitment to service. In addition, the individual must have a proven track record of:
- Strong professional integrity with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Working with minimal supervision, a fast learner and have a positive attitude
- Strong commitment to achieve/exceed set targets within deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Applications and record keeping systems
The successful candidates must have the ability to multitask, along with excellent written, verbal and computer skills, possess a Diploma in Business Studies or Library Information Systems or other related fields with some experience in a similar role.
Base Salary: Band 2 $ 14,721 | Position Description
