HR Business Analyst -Vacancy 20/2019

We offer world class exposure with our affiliations with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Customs Organisation (WCO), The World Bank, The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Commonwealth Association of Tax Administrators (CATA) to name a few. We are currently in the midst of an exciting journey which will make tax simpler, more certain and easier to manage for most if not all Fijians.  We are looking for suitable candidates for the following positions in FRCS;

HR Business AnalystVacancy 20/2019 Band 5: $30,230 base salary

You will report to the Manager HR Business Services, Business Services Section, and is responsible for providing high quality, timely accurate and relevant HR analytics and convert these to useful information that assists with identification and forecasting of trends and options for   addressing   operational   issues   and   continuous   improvement.   Responsibilities   include   designing, developing and deploying dashboards, standardised and ad-hoc reports and providing research analysis on a range of organizational and people capability initiatives linking HR data to operational data to identify options and solutions.

The successful candidate must have a degree in Human Resources or Finance/Business field with strong analytics background or at least 5 years in HR Analyst role with hands on Pay Global experience. High level of ethics and commitment to confidentiality is paramount and should have good working knowledge of the Employment Relations Act.  Application for this post closes on 25th April.
