Home | Public Notice | PUBLIC NOTICE – FEES FOR RENEWAL OF LICENSE FOR EXISTING AND NEW TAX AGENTS

The Fiji Revenue and Customs Service (FRCS) wishes to advise that the as per the 2023-2024 National Budget, effective 1^st January 2024 the approved fees for all new applicants and registered Tax Agents will be as follows:

New application fee for Tax Agents- $500
Renewal License- $350

Registered Tax Agents are advised to update their tax status and be tax compliant to ensure renewal of their license. We will send a reminder to all the active Tax Agents in December to pay their annual renewal fee of $350.00 by 21^st January 2024. Confirmation of payment to be emailed to the Secretariat of the Tax Agent Board at mwaqa@frcs.org.fj.

Please note that failure to renew may result in the cancellation of the license as outlined under the Tax Administration Act 2009.
